Production Time
All shirts are handmade to order. Once you place and pay for your order, it is sent into production. We hand make the rhinestone design, and then we apply it to the shirt you selected. Production typically takes between 2 and 3 business days. Occasionally, an order may take longer to ship. If you need a shirt by a specific date, please be sure to let us know by selecting "add a note" when viewing your cart.
Shipping
Our shopping cart presents live USPS shipping rates for you to select from. In addition, orders shipped to US addresses that are $99 and over ship free!
Returns
Your item is sent to production and custom made for you at the time you place your order. Therefore, there are no full refunds on items purchased from us. We will take the item back, however, for a $10 restocking fee. Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned. There is no guarantee we will sell the size and design and stone color combo you ordered in the near future, so we add this stocking fee in case we cannot resell it. You pay for shipping the item back to us and for shipping out on any other product you may order in exchange. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Items must arrive back in sellable condition.
We do note the measurements of each shirt style & size; please take a time to review that information before ordering so that a return due to sizing is not necessary.
Privacy
We will not distribute, rent or sell your name or personal information to any third party. Your personal information will not be divulged to anyone outside of our company, unless required by law or legal process.
Quality Guarantee
All of our products are guaranteed for quality. If you find there is something wrong with an item purchased from us, please contact us so that we can correct the issue.
